Ukrposhta to deliver passports worldwide for only $6

Ukrainians remain active abroad

Ukrposhta and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have signed a memorandum of cooperation. Starting in September, Ukrainians abroad will be able to order a passport by mail for just $6 excluding VAT, whereas now this service costs $70-100 depending on the country.

This was reported by Ukrposhta and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

You can pay for the delivery of your passport in your personal account on the Ukrposhta website using an electronic stamp with a QR code. The cost of sending a passport to any country in the world will be only $6 and 10 hryvnias of VAT.

When the passport is made in Ukraine, Ukrposhta will send it to the address of the Ukrainian diplomatic mission in the country where the passport was ordered. Currently, double verification is required upon receipt of the passport, but later it is planned to ensure delivery to the recipient’s address.

The initiative will significantly speed up the process of obtaining passports by Ukrainian citizens abroad, which is of particular importance under martial law.
