The Ukrainian Defense Industry will establish a joint venture with the American Amentum Services, a leading global design, project management, and solution integration company.
The parties signed a Memorandum of Intent to establish a joint venture focusing on restoring and maintaining American-made armored vehicles.
Representatives of Amentum Services have already visited Ukroboronprom’s enterprises and assessed their existing capabilities, technical base, and potential.
Now, Ukrainian armorers are looking to new partners to help them obtain the technical documentation, equipment, and spare parts needed to repair and maintain U.S.-made armored combat vehicles.
Ukroboronprom Director General Herman Smetanin and Joe Dunaway, President of Executive Operations, Critical Missions Division, Amentum Services, Inc., signed the memorandum.
