The analytical company Global Growth Insights has published a list of the 17 largest confectionery companies in the world, which includes the Ukrainian company Roshen. It took 13th place in the top with revenue of $1.5 billion and a growth rate of 4%.
Global Growth Insights noted that the company’s key strength is its strong regional chocolate and sweets brands, and among the latest news is the expansion of exports to Central Asia and the Middle East.
First place in the ranking went to Mars Inc. with a total annual revenue of $45 billion and an average annual growth rate of 3.8%.
Second place is occupied by Mondelēz International with revenue of $36 billion and a growth rate of 4.1%.
Third place was taken by Ferrero Group, which has $18 billion in annual revenue and the highest growth rate of 4.5%.
