The Ukrainian app Diia opens the code. Now, other countries can import it and launch their own government services.
At the same time, Diia opens up the server’s standard code and the app’s mobile parts. Specialists will be able to familiarize themselves with the data on the example of a driver’s license and the service “Extract of no criminal record.”
It is worth noting that the developers will not have access to registries and encryption features, so Ukrainians’ data will remain safe. If specialists want to test the “request to the registry,” fictitious users with non-existent data have been uploaded to the test environment specifically for this purpose.
Countries that want to launch their own government services will read and sign an agreement with the license terms to use the Diia code. The agreement will then be handed over to IT specialists for analysis, and the creation of government digital products will begin.
