Ukrainian rapper Alyona Alyona has unexpectedly joined the Eurovision 2025 team, not as a participant but as a commentator for the final. Even though the artist had previously stated that she had not received an invitation to the show’s stage, she would join the team.
Alyona Alyona will co-host the final with Timur Miroshnychenko, who has already commented on Eurovision from Ukraine on several occasions. This year’s semi-finals will also be commented on by stars: TV presenter Oleksandr Pedan will discuss the first semi-final, and comedian Vlad Kuran will discuss the second.
It is worth noting that Jerry Heil, who took third place last year together with Alyona Alyona , will perform at the contest in an interval act and announce who Ukraine will give 12 points to.
The song contest will have three stages: the first semi-final will be held on May 13, the second semi-final on May 15, and the grand final on May 17.
