President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy instructed the government to develop a mechanism that would simplify crossing the state border for young Ukrainians under 22. The head of state stated this during the Ukrainian Youth Forum 2025.
The president noted that this step is “a positive and correct story that will help many Ukrainians maintain ties with Ukraine and realize themselves in studying in Ukraine.”
