Ukrainian Design & Innovation Week (UDIW) returns for its fifth anniversary season, taking place in Kyiv from September 29 to October 5, 2025. For seven days, the capital will once again become a meeting place for specialists and connoisseurs of architecture, object and graphic design, urbanism, and, for the first time in the history of UDIW, gastronomy.
The main theme this year is LIMINAL, which explores the space of transition and transformation, where design becomes the language of change.
The key event will traditionally be the DESIGN HALL in the Mystetsky Arsenal. Here, more than 130 Ukrainian brands of furniture, lighting, and decor will present their new collections, and an open lecture with leading architects and designers will also be held.
Among the novelties of the season is the FOOD DESIGN HALL, which will combine gastronomy and design for the first time. Guests will find curated food courts, bars, and a special children’s zone with workshops, including gingerbread painting and bouquet weaving.
At the same time, events will extend beyond the Arsenal: the city will be filled with presentations, workshops, and tastings at various locations around the city.
