Ukrainians spent UAH 256 billion on online purchases in 2025

The number of bankrupts in Ukraine is increasing to a record high

The Ukrainian e-commerce market grew by 7% in 2025. The amount of purchased goods is UAH 256 billion.

The growth of e-commerce is approximately at the inflation rate of 7%. Ukrainian e-commerce accounted for 10% of retail sales in 2024.

In Poland, this share is 22%; in the USA, about 30%; in the UK, up to 35%. On average, in 2025, one Ukrainian made 17.5 online purchases, totaling UAH 1,320, according to Prom.

Ukrainians made the most online purchases in 2025 across the following categories: appliances and electronics, home and garden products, car repair products, clothing, footwear and accessories, and cosmetics and perfumes, according to Prom.

The highest year-on-year growth in orders is in the categories of food, pet supplies, tools, and repair and construction goods.
