Karateka Anzhelika Terliuga from Odesa won bronze at the World Karate Championship in Cairo. In the bronze final of the 55 kg weight category, she defeated Valentina Toro from Chile – 6:4.
This is Ukraine’s first medal at this year’s tournament.
For Terliuga, this is her second medal at the world championship level – in 2023, she also won bronze.
