Ukrainian artist Carpetman won the European Music Awards Music Moves Europe Awards. The artist’s label Enko announced this on Instagram.
The winners were announced on January 15, 2026, during the MME Awards ceremony as part of the Eurosonic Noorderslag festival in Groningen (Netherlands).
The winners were chosen from among 15 European artists nominated for the award during the SoAlive music conference in Sofia, Bulgaria, in October 2025.
Previously, the artist Carpetman was part of the Kalush Orchestra group, which won Eurovision 2022.
In 2023, the artist began a solo career. He writes lyrics and produces his own music. His calling card was his choreography and carpet-patterned outfits, which preserved his anonymity.
