The Ukrainian men’s Paralympic football team, among athletes with cerebral palsy, won the “gold” of the European Championship for the eighth time in history.
According to the press service of the National Committee for Sports for People with Disabilities, the competition was held in Loughborough (Great Britain) with the participation of eight teams.
In the final match, the Ukrainian para football players defeated the British with a score of 3:1. The “bronze” went to the Dutch team. Ivan Donenko received the award for the best scorer of the competition.
