As of the end of July, Ukraine’s total state and state-guaranteed debt reached $186.13 billion, an increase of $1.29 billion per month. This was reported by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
“During July 2025, the amount of Ukraine’s state and state-guaranteed debt increased in hryvnia equivalent by UAH 76.92 billion, and in dollar equivalent, state and state-guaranteed debt increased by $1.29 billion,” the report says.
