Ukrainian Exchange to resume trading under court order

The Court of Appeal has upheld the Ukrainian Exchange, and the decision to revoke its license has been suspended. This was reported by the exchange’s press service.

The ruling of the Court of Appeal came into force on September 24, 2024.

“This decision allows the exchange to resume its operations for the trial period. We have already started the process of launching trading. The exchange will operate again as usual shortly after completing all the necessary organizational measures. At the same time, we continue to appeal the NSSMC’s decision in court,” the exchange said in a statement.

The date of trading resumption will be announced later.

As a reminder, the Ukrainian Exchange ceased operations on July 8 due to the revocation of its licenses. The reason was the presence of a sanctioned person among the beneficiaries.
