Ukrainian communities held the 10th Borsch Festival in a city park in Budapest. There, they cooked 10 different Porsches, totaling 550 liters.
The guests of the gastronomic event had the opportunity to taste Ukrainian borsch from the Hungarians, Diplomatic borsch from the Embassy of Ukraine in Hungary, special borsch from the Ukrán Udvar restaurant, as well as borscht from other teams: exceptional cold borscht, children’s borscht with egg, borscht with pears, Unity borscht, which started the celebration 10 years ago, and borscht with crucian carp according to the ancient Ukrainian tradition.
In addition to borscht, the festival served hundreds of dumplings, pies, and sandwiches with bacon, onions, garlic, and dill.

In total, the culinary teams fed and united more than 1,500 Ukrainians and friends of different nationalities.
The festival also featured a concert program, an exhibition of ancient Ukrainian embroidered shirts from a private collection – more than 30 shirts aged 70 to 100 years from different regions of Ukraine – and various workshops and activities.
