Ukrainian business in Poland provided 3% of the country’s GDP

Almost 80% of Ukrainians work or are looking for work in Poland

Marshal of the Sejm of Poland Włodzimierz Czaszysty, during a speech in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, stated that enterprises established by Ukrainian citizens in Poland account for about 3% of Poland’s gross domestic product. The statement was made on February 23 during his visit to Kyiv, Inpoland reports.

Ukrainians have established about 90,000 individual entrepreneurs and more than 20,000 companies in Poland. These businesses operate in various sectors of the economy and have become a noticeable component of the Polish labor market and entrepreneurship.
