Ukrainian actress Yelyzaveta Tsilyk, known for her roles in the TV series Serf and The Color of Vengeance, has starred in the new Netflix series One Day.
25-year-old Ukrainian actress Yelyzaveta Tsilyk starred in the British series One Day. The show was released on Netflix on February 8. The new series has 14 episodes. Tsilyk played the role of a coffee shop worker.
In the story, the main characters spend one night together after graduation, each going their own way. The film takes place every year on July 15.
Yelyzaveta Tsilyk was born in Kherson on February 24, 1999. She participated in the play Hostages by the Mystetskyi Arsenal Theater Laboratory and the dystopian play Asexuals. In 2019, Tsilyk got a role in the TV series Living with Wolves. She has also starred in the series The Color of Revenge, The Color of Passion, Vanishing Traces, and Serf.
The collaboration with Netflix is her first major foreign work. “One Day” is a new Netflix miniseries based on the 2009 world bestseller by British writer David Nicholls. It tells the story of Emma and Dex and their twenty-year love story. The novel was adapted into a movie in 2011 by Danish director Lone Scherfig, starring Anne Hathaway and Jim Sturgess.
