Ukraine is preparing its own analogue of Mavic — Fedorov

Ukraine is preparing an analogue of the Chinese Mavic drones, launching a revolutionary Mission Control system, and creating special units to hunt down Russian drone operators. This was reported by Defense Minister Mikhail Fedorov.

According to Fedorov, Ukraine is actively working to reduce its dependence on Chinese drones. He emphasized that, thanks to the eBali system, the Ministry of Defense fully understands how and where drones are used on the front lines.

The next step will be the launch of the Mission Control project, which will allow:

  • to track the type of drones;
  • the flight route;
  • the launch location;
  • the effectiveness of combat missions.

This will enable the full cycle of drone work — from procurement and supply to combat use.

The minister reported that they have been working on Mission Control for almost two years. After launching the drone system, the next stage will be its scaling to artillery.

In addition, the Ministry of Defense will receive complete statistics on drone crews – their leaders, monthly ratings, and unit performance indicators.
