Ukraine is experiencing an increased excitement for New Year’s goods

23% of Ukrainians plan to use AI during Christmas and New Year shopping

Ukrainians began actively preparing for the holidays at the end of October, creating a cozy atmosphere at home and trying to put themselves and their loved ones in a festive mood. This is evidenced by the dynamics of sales of New Year’s goods in large hypermarket chains, which, as of November 3, were 38% higher than in 2024.

Among the most popular products this season are decorative gnomes, angel figurines, glass stork pendants, artificial Christmas trees, and electric garlands.

Ukrainians are also actively buying sets of Christmas tree decorations, glass pendants in the form of frogs, roosters, and books, New Year’s balls, and soft decorative deer.

In particular, corporations expect increased demand for artificial Christmas trees, garlands, sets of plastic Christmas tree balls, collectible decorations, soft toys, and New Year symbols.
