Deputy Prime Minister for Recovery – Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksiy Kuleba and Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Bulgaria, Korman Ismailov, discussed the launch of a passenger railway connection between the countries.
“We are working on launching a passenger railway connection from Ukraine to Bulgaria via Romania. The goal is a test launch this summer in a trilateral format. It is important to ensure a competitive offer at the expense of PSO,” the message says.
During the meeting, its participants also discussed several other important issues. In particular, the development of strategic transport corridors, the Danube cluster, and automobile infrastructure was discussed. According to the Deputy Prime Minister, the parties agreed to work on the mixed commission’s activities in the field of automobile transportation.
