As of the beginning of March, Ukrainian citizens have already filed over 46 thousand declarations of property status and income. In total, UAH 32.4 billion in income was declared in 2025. This is stated in the report of the State Tax Service.
According to the results of the declaration, citizens determined that UAH 716 million in personal income tax and military levy would be payable. This is almost UAH 200 million more than for the same period last year.
The largest amounts of income were declared by taxpayers:
- Kyiv — UAH 6.6 billion,
- Lviv region — UAH 3.0 billion,
- Dnipropetrovsk region — UAH 2.9 billion,
- Kyiv region — UAH 2.8 billion.
At the same time, over 3.5 thousand citizens declared incomes exceeding UAH 1 million. In total, millionaires declared UAH 14.6 billion in income on their tax returns. They determined that UAH 445 million in tax liabilities were due.
