The science fiction film “You Are the Universe” by Ukrainian director Pavlo Ostrikov will be screened as part of the PUFF (Saskatoon Underground Film Festival) in Canada.
The screening will take place on June 12.
The plot centers on Ukrainian space trucker Andriy Melnyk, who transports nuclear waste from Earth to one of Jupiter’s moons. After an unexpected explosion on Earth, whose debris destroys everything around it, Andriy remains the last person in the universe. But suddenly, a Frenchwoman named Catherine contacts him, asking for help. Despite the distance and obstacles, Andriy decides to save her at any cost.
