The Board of Directors of World Boxing has approved the application of the Boxing Federation of Ukraine to join the organization. According to the press service of the Boxing Federation of Ukraine, this opens the door for our athletes to all tournaments under the auspices of World Boxing – World Cups, World Championships, and other prestigious international competitions.
The first World Boxing Championship under the auspices of World Boxing will soon begin in Liverpool, where the Ukrainian team will compete at the highest level.
World Boxing is the governing body of amateur boxing, based in Renan (Switzerland).
