Since the start of the full-scale invasion, Ukrainian users have spent more than UAH 1 billion on “enemy software.”

Ukraine will lack 5 to 10 million new workers by 2030, - USAID

About 75% of users continue to use Russian software. According to the IT Ukraine Association, the most popular program is 1C, as well as more than 40 other programs.

Among the most widely used programs in Ukraine are 1C/BAS, Bitrix, AmoCRM, iiko, Tilda, Jivosite, DrWeb, and Kaspersky. The Association notes that it is difficult to establish a connection between some programs and the Russian Federation due to offshore registrations, changes in ownership, or hidden ownership structures.

It is worth noting that software products of Russian origin often become a source of cyberattacks. In 2024, 4,315 such attacks were recorded, and data for 2025 is still being refined.
