Oleksandr Usyk returned to the WBO rating in second place

Verhoeven offered Usyk an "immediate rematch" after the commission's verdict: the fight was stopped legally

The World Boxing Organization (WBO) has published a new rating of the best boxers in the heavyweight division. In second place, Ukrainian boxer and former absolute world champion Oleksandr Usyk, who gave up the title last year, returned to it.

Last year, Oleksandr Usyk gave up the WBO title. But he could not immediately return to the rating of this organization, as he remained the champion according to the versions of other boxing organizations. After Usyk refused to defend these titles, the WBO included him again in its rating.

The WBO included another Ukrainian boxer in the top 10. Viktor Vikhryst retained 10th place. The WBO rating was headed by Briton Moses Itauma.
