Nova Poshta Group is rebranding and will be called NOVA. At the same time, the postal operator will retain the name Nova Poshta, the company’s press service reports.
“We are already much more than a post office. That is why we are removing this word from the group of companies and leaving a broad, uncluttered name – NOVA,” the statement said.
According to the company, Nova Poshta has operated in the Ukrainian market since 2001. The group now includes several companies:
- Nova Poshta in Ukraine – delivers documents, parcels, and large cargoes, as well as provides freight transportation and fulfillment services. It has 11,400 branches and 15,500 post offices in Ukraine. It delivers across the country in 24 hours and within the city on the same day.
- Nova Post Europe is a company that provides logistics services in Europe and between the EU and Ukraine. The company has opened its representative offices in 11 countries: Moldova, Poland, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Romania, Germany, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Hungary, and Italy. It has 35 thousand service points, of which only 83 are its own branches.
- NovaPay is a non-bank financial institution that develops its payment system and provides financial services. It is a member of the international payment systems Visa and MasterCard.
- Nova Global is a company focused on the global e-commerce market and cooperation with international marketplaces.
- Supernova Airlines is a worldwide delivery airline. The company has made only a few dozen flights between European countries. Still, it will soon start transcontinental flights with cargo planes.
Nova Digital is an IT company that develops web applications and software.
