The Ukrainian Women’s Initiative in the UAE has invited to a master class “Easter Ukrainian Pysanka” to be held in Abu Dhabi on April 24.
UWI announced this on its Facebook page.
“Pysanka is a symbol of new life, fertility and a happy future. This master class is not just a lesson, it is filling our hearts with the wisdom of ancient Ukrainian traditions. So join us and join the magical world of Easter eggs!” the post reads.
The master class will be held on Wednesday at 10:00-13:00 at Laduree Al Bateen (Abu Dhabi). Participation in the event costs AED 75 (includes coffee/tea, croissant and all workshop materials). Registration is available here.
“Let each of your drawings become a drop of the great feeling of Ukrainian unity. We also encourage you to invite your foreign friends to get acquainted with the culture of Ukraine,” the organizers added.
