VEON Ltd. (Nasdaq: VEON), a global digital operator (“VEON” or, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), and Cohen Circle Acquisition Corp. I (“Cohen Circle”), a specialized asset acquisition firm (Nasdaq: CCIRU), today announced that they have signed a letter of intent to jointly conduct business to indirectly list Kyivstar, VEON’s digital operator in Ukraine, on the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) in the United States of America.
The completion of this deal will make Kyivstar one of the first Ukrainian companies to be listed on the American stock exchange, allowing American and other international investors to participate directly in its development and in Ukraine’s broader economic recovery.
