American businessman and philanthropist Howard Buffett visited Kherson. He visited one of the underground hospitals and attended a children’s New Year’s party. Howard spoke with them, supported doctors and patients, and witnessed the difficult conditions in which the medical system of the frontline city operates today.
The philanthropist also visited groups organized by the public organization “United by Love for Children.”
