Haluk Bayraktar, CEO of the Turkish company Baykar, has confirmed that he is building a plant in Ukraine to produce TB2 or TB3 drones. This plant will be located near Kyiv. Bayraktar also named the timeframe for the drone production plant. According to him, this could happen by 2025.
Baykar’s CEO noted that the plant’s capacity will be about 120 units annually.
In response to a question about potential security risks associated with the ongoing war, the CEO firmly assured that the plant’s construction is proceeding smoothly and will continue according to plan. The plant will employ about 500 people.
