The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has signed an additional agreement with the Federal Ministry of Defense of Germany on cooperation in the field of digitalization of the defense sector for 2026-2028.
The agreement provides for financial support for key projects – DELTA, Army+, Reserve+, and other projects of digital transformation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As noted, the strategic partnership defines the following key areas:
- support for the development, testing, and technical support of the Army+ and Reserve+ applications;
- development of functions, scaling, and protection of the infrastructure of the DELTA combat system;
- expansion of the digital ecosystem: digitalization of work with personnel, property, and logistics, the DOT-Chain Defence marketplace, the Medical Information System of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, etc.;
- strengthening cyber defense, particularly by expanding the Cyber Incident Response Center of the Ministry of Defense.
