Eurovision Song Contest 2025: Ziferblat is among the top ten favorites

Earlier, we wrote that Ziferblat, with the song Bird of Pray, will represent Ukraine at the international Eurovision Song Contest this year. Initially, bookmakers predicted that the band would take 14th place. The closer the contest gets, the more often betting companies update their bets on the possible winner. As of March 5, 2025, Ziferblat is already ranked 10th, as stated on the Eurovisionworld.com website.

Such changes are predictable, as most participating countries have already submitted their contest songs. The updated version of Bird of Pray, which is scheduled for release soon, is expected to significantly increase Ukraine’s chances of winning.

The top ten include France, the Netherlands, Finland, Estonia, Austria, the Czech Republic, Israel, and Belgium.

Sweden is the most likely to win, although it has not yet presented a song in the competition. The country will be represented by 24-year-old musician Zoë Mö. Her song will be released on March 10 on the official Eurovision YouTube channel.

It is worth noting that bookmakers’ forecasts are currently preliminary and may change significantly after the first rehearsals on the Eurovision stage in May.

The 69th Eurovision Song Contest will be held in the Swiss city of Basel. The grand final will be held on Saturday, May 17, and the semifinals on May 13 and 15, 2025.
