European Parliament President Roberta Metzola has signed a €90 billion European loan for Ukraine for 2026-2027.
She said the funds would be used “to continue providing essential public services; to support Ukraine’s strong defence; to protect our common security and freedom; to achieve genuine and lasting peace and to secure Ukraine’s future in Europe.”
