The British ELLE magazine has published the first “40 for 40: Women of Hope” list, dedicated to its 40th anniversary. The list includes 40 women who embody hope for societal change through their actions, talent, and influence. The honorees include celebrities, politicians, activists, and artists.

For example, along with Selena Gomez, Christine Lagarde, Gunther Schafer, Andrea Cheong, and other prominent women, Ukrainian Elvira Hasanova was included on the prestigious list.

Elvira Gasanova started her fashion career in 2013 in Donetsk; today, her author’s style is recognized worldwide. GASANOVA’s clothes are chosen by stars such as Gigi Hadid, Kourtney Kardashian, Rita Ora, and the First Lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska, for whom the designer created official outfits.

“She proves that fashion can be a powerful expression of resilience and unity,” said jury member, Iraqi human rights activist and Nobel Peace Prize winner Nadia Murad.

Elvira Gasanova’s name in the ELLE UK list is a testament to her professional skills and a meaningful gesture of support for Ukrainian culture and women’s leadership in the international arena.
