A group of dog handlers from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine has successfully completed a training course in France and received the necessary equipment to conduct search and rescue operations on their own. This was reported by UNN, citing information from the SES.
A three-week training course in France, organized for the SES of Ukraine dog handlers, ended with the presentation of certificates to complete intensive training. The report said all participants were awarded certificates at the final ceremony.
In addition, SES rescuers received 5 Belgian Malinois sheepdogs, a specialized vehicle with a trailer, and small mechanization equipment. It is noted that this targeted humanitarian aid allows dog handlers to carry out search and rescue operations on their own.
