Disney and Pixar’s Inside Out 2 has become the highest-grossing animated film in the history of animated cinema.

In the first six weeks of its release, Inside Out 2 earned $601 million in the US domestic market and another $861 million abroad. In total, the movie has grossed $1.461 billion at the box office. At the same time, the production of the movie itself cost $200 million.
Inside Out 2 broke the record of Disney’s Frozen II, which was released in 2019 and grossed $1.45 billion at the box office.
Inside Out 2 became the 13th most popular animated film of all time. It is the most beautiful film of this year so far and the only one to have grossed a billion at the box office.
