As part of the reform to improve the quality of food for military personnel, military chef Yevhen Klopotenko will develop recipes for the Armed Forces. The Ministry of Defense noted that most military chefs lack specialized education and that there are no clearly defined algorithms for their work.
Therefore, even if the products are delivered on time and meet the standards, the result in the kitchen may differ depending on the conditions, equipment, and experience of people.
The key product of the initiative should be a practical collection of recipes for those responsible for food in units.
The project is being implemented in cooperation with the NGO “Kult Food” of chef Yevhen Klopotenko, which will help unite and systematize the experience of units in food organization.
