From now on, singer Alina Grosu will carry out an essential diplomatic mission in the United States. The 29-year-old artist became the official representative of Ukrainian culture in New York. During her concert in America, where she has been living and working for the past few years, Grosso received her new position from the head of the US Department of State’s diplomatic relations with other UN countries.
Grosso has already attended several official events, including a dinner party with the mayor of New York, attended by many high-ranking guests.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine noted that given the resonance of this information in the media, they should officially clarify everything.
– “Alina Grosu does not hold any full-time or part-time positions in the system of bodies of the diplomatic service of Ukraine to perform diplomatic or consular functions,” the statement emphasized.
