Ukraine won its first award at the World Junior Rock Climbing Championships in Helsinki (Finland).
According to the press service of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the winner of the gold medal was Rafael Kazbekova.
It should be noted that the 16-year-old athlete continued the family tradition: the previous Ukrainian “gold” at the World Championship among athletes under 17 years old was won by her sister Yevgenia in 2010.
