About Ukraine, "nuclear warming" and more: Donald Trump gave an interview to Elon Musk

US President Donald Trump said he expects an agreement between Russia and Ukraine on an immediate ceasefire and assured that he continues to communicate with Ukraine and European leaders about it before the planned meeting with Putin. He said this on Monday at a press conference at the White House.

“I would like to see a ceasefire come very, very quickly, very quickly. I would like it to happen immediately,” the US president said.

In this regard, he noted that he expects a “grandiose” meeting with Putin and, at the same time, continues to communicate with European leaders, including the President of Ukraine.

He also called his European colleagues “great people”. Still, he noted that some of them said that they were “tired of this” and wanted to return to the development of their own countries. In addition, the head of the White House noted that five European leaders said in a telephone conversation that they rely on him.
