The Starbucks coffee chain has released a unique collection of cups in collaboration with Misha Tyutyunyk, an American artist of Ukrainian descent.
This project aims to discover talented artists and popularize their work. Mykhailo Tiutiunyk shared that he had been fond of art since childhood, spent a lot of time in museums, and discovered pop culture and contemporary art after moving to the United States. He explores the relationship between humans and nature and social issues in his works. His paintings can be seen on the walls of the Bronx, New Jersey, and Philadelphia in the United States, as well as in Kyiv, Brovary, and Zaporizhzhia.
The collection includes three cups of real art objects with profound meaning. For example, City Life reminds us of climate change and the threat of urban flooding; Nature Woods calls for a responsible attitude to nature; and Sky depicts harmony between man, earth, and sky.
