In 2024, Ukrainian airline SkyUp significantly increased its traffic volumes. According to the company, passenger traffic amounted to 2.5 million people, 61.7% more than in 2023. The airline also operated almost 17 thousand flights, 60.8% more than the previous year. This was reported by the company’s press service.
The company’s route network has expanded to 851 destinations, 28.2% more than in 2023.
In 2024, the company received an SAFA rating of 0.16, which is one of the best in aviation safety. This rating is assigned as part of the Safety Assessment of Foreign Aircraft program conducted by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and national aviation authorities in Europe.
In addition, SkyUp has successfully passed the IOSA (IATA Operational Safety Audit) audit, an international program developed by the International Air Transport Association to assess airlines’ operational safety.
