Our editorial team introduces you to Ukrainian brands and personalities who are making Ukraine known abroad. One such individual is Rodion Ksonzenko, the owner of “Magnat Fine Jewelry”. A few months ago, the brand unveiled a unique diamond in the shape of the map of Ukraine, surprising the world. We delve into the company’s inception, its mission and values, and the jewelry that showcases the uniqueness of Ukraine and its people on a global scale.
After concluding his football career, Rodion Valeriyovych Ksonzenko spent three years seeking his place in the world. Experimenting with various fields and launching his own companies, he didn’t always achieve the expected results. Nevertheless, this period became a time of active learning and new connections.
A significant turning point occurred with his encounter with a diamond exchange trader. During discussions about the possibility of dealing with precious stones, a key proposition emerged. This stage became pivotal in his subsequent life. It’s worth noting that it wasn’t the result of meticulous planning, family history, or a well-crafted strategy. This story unfolded serendipitously through an acquaintance, leading to profound reflections.

In the initial phase, what Rodion Ksonzenko received were reviews. These reviews, in fact, paved the way for the understanding of a global mission in creating a significant international brand.
Our goal was to serve as a bridge between the Ukrainian market and the international diamond exchange. We worked on establishing channels for importing diamonds that met international standards and modernizing the domestic market, which, at that time, required proper certification and classification. Unfortunately, we didn’t see a significant response, as most businesses were solely profit-oriented at that time.
“Today, our mission remains unchanged—to demonstrate to clients that diamonds can be valuable financial instruments for preservation and growth of capital. We understand that achieving this goal requires a deep understanding of how diamonds can function as a financial instrument”
shared the founder of the “Magnat Fine Jewelry” brand.
At the outset of his career in 2015, Rodion Valeriyovych Ksonzenko entered the diamond industry. By 2016, he participated in an international exhibition that delved into the topic of the diamond exchange and global standards of the diamond market for the Ukrainian sector. This company became the first to unveil to a broad audience the world of financial possibilities that diamonds offer.
In 2021, Rodion Ksonzenko and “Magnat Fine Jewelry” embarked on their global expansion. The idea to establish a presence in Dubai emerged from the backdrop of successful collaboration with the Dubai Diamond Exchange, particularly through participation in international exhibitions. Notably, Dubai has become a strategic trading hub for the diamond market, distinguished by its highly developed business infrastructure.

Taking feedback into consideration, Rodion Valeriyovych Ksonzenko decided to open a representative office in Dubai at “Almas Tower”, near the diamond exchange. However, due to the onset of the war on February 24, 2022, the planned opening was delayed.
Nevertheless, just a few months later, the “Magnat Fine Jewelry” team embarked on a new phase of business development and launched a showroom in Dubai. This closed showroom format, where clients schedule appointments to explore diamonds and investment opportunities, proved to be an effective way to organize activities in Ukraine.
“As of today, we have the task of further expansion, and we have made the decision to establish a network of our boutiques. The first flagship boutique will also be here, in Dubai. Then, we plan to extend our network to the Middle East, and in the long term, both Europe and America are, of course, in our plans. In other words, over the next five years, we plan to build an offline network of boutiques and create a global brand. Consequently, we will have a Ukrainian name, our Ukrainian brand will resonate and embrace the entire world,”
confessed Rodion Ksonzenko.
Additionally, the company is involved in extensive projects to assist the army and Ukrainians affected by the war.
“The question of providing assistance knows no bounds, starting from individual employees and extending to the entire company. We have been providing assistance from day one and continue to do so. It began with basic needs at the onset of the war, such as body armor and helmets, and then evolved into more substantial projects, like supporting with vehicles and more. It is crucial for all of us. It’s gratifying to know that in this regard, the military can count on our support, receiving warm feedback,”
respectfully shared Rodion Ksonzenko.
In the summer of 2022, “Magnat Fine Jewelry” embarked on a project that redefined perceptions of the jewelry industry — creating a diamond in the shape of the map of Ukraine. This innovative achievement has already become a true gem for the company. Its primary mission is to support Ukrainian issues on the international stage.
Throughout the summer, the company successfully brought this ambitious project to fruition. With international acclaim received, Rodion Valeriyovych Ksonzenko is in talks with a leading American laboratory that has agreed to document this unique cut named “Map of Ukraine.” This decision proved challenging due to the political aspects related to Crimea, but the choice of an American laboratory demonstrated a willingness to support the project regardless of these difficulties.

In addition to daily assistance to the military, this project is also aimed at supporting the Ukrainian information space. The “Map of Ukraine” will be used for charity auctions and gifts, expressing support and contributing to global understanding of the Ukrainian cause. This innovative approach demonstrates not only craftsmanship, but also a commitment to supporting Ukrainian ideas and values.
In the next five years, “Magnat Fine Jewelry” is focused on global expansion and building a network of boutiques. The main goal is to bring an end to the period of instability, with plans to open a large boutique in Kyiv, symbolizing the strength, experience, and uniqueness of the brand.
Currently, work is being carried out in a closed format, mostly online, with showrooms in Kyiv and Dubai, accessible by appointment only. According to Rodion Ksonzenko, client feedback has been overwhelming.
“Our mission is to slightly transform the market and dispel the stereotype of deception, the stereotype of disadvantage. We want to show the market from a different perspective, demonstrating that high-quality diamonds can serve as a financial instrument capable of preserving and multiplying capital. With our Eco Collection of lab-grown diamonds, we also aim to bring everyone closer to the realm of jewelry,”

Currently, lab-grown diamonds make access to beauty easier, especially when all jewelry is crafted from high-quality gold according to the company’s high standards. These are not just fashion novelties; these are pieces that will truly be valuable and relevant not only now but also decades from now. “Magnat Fine Jewelry’s” goal is to help as many people as possible experience the beauty.
The company’s operations are directly linked to exclusivity and have vast capabilities in accessing any precious stones—be it pink, blue, red, or yellow diamonds, as well as other gemstones with investment potential, such as rubies and Colombian emeralds. With only the best reviews taken into account, Rodion Valeriyovych Ksonzenko can offer his clients large diamonds capable of generating substantial wealth.
When it comes to jewelry, there are no limitations either. The company, by order, can bring to life absolutely any concept or idea proposed by the client. All of this is realized under the best and most favorable conditions. And they’ve proven it. The foundation on which Rodion Ksonzenko relies is the feedback from clients around the world.
“Our potential here is boundless, and we are ready to bring any ideas to life, supporting clients in realizing their unique requests. The brand’s reputation is our top priority. Therefore, first and foremost, we focus on Google queries: Rodion Ksonzenko reviews. Currently, the existence of any company is impossible without this.”
It’s important to note that such capital investments can indeed serve as a crisis-resistant tool. Not only in our time but always. Since personal items such as precious stones are easy to transport from any point in the world to any other. This crisis-resistant tool has real value, providing reliability, stability, and a kind of insurance. Moreover, in addition to being passed down as beautiful heirlooms, the right precious stones can serve another crucial function—being investment assets.
