The palm goes to Frolov, a Ukrainian brand known for its corsetry, hand embroidery, and couture-to-wear design. Its philosophy is to combine intelligence with provocation, ease with comfort, and social responsibility with carefree. In 2024, J.Lo, Rita Ora, Young Emperors, Khloe Kardashian, Madison Beer, Cindy Bruna, and Doja Cat tried on spectacular outfits by designer Ivan Frolov.
Ruslan Baginskiy took the second place. The fashion brand was founded in 2016 by Ruslan Baginsky, a Lviv resident, and his friend and business partner, Petro Yasynsky, with a budget of $200. Instagram became their leading assistant. They sent letters to editors, stylists, and world celebrities around the clock, telling them about themselves. Today, Ruslan Baginskiy hats are worn all over the world. The actors of the popular TV series Emily in Paris especially liked them.
One of the most famous Ukrainian women’s clothing brands, Bevza, completes the top three. Founded in Kyiv by designer Svetlana Bevza, it has been creating collections characterized by simple, clean silhouettes with sublime and unexpected details since 2006. Bevza defines his design aesthetic as Less and Lux, with its characteristic laconic shapes and soft color palette combined with updated Ukrainian motifs.
Other Ukrainian brands have gained no less fame and worldwide recognition. Among them are Santa, Lever Couture, Cultnaked, Nué, TTSWTRS, Gasanova, and Litkovska.
