Leonid Radvinsky, billionaire and owner of adult platform OnlyFans, has died of cancer at the age of 43, and his death raises questions about ownership of one of the most controversial platforms. Bloomberg reports.

The businessman was born in Odesa, Ukraine, to a Jewish family. When he was a child, his family emigrated to Chicago.

Radvinsky is also the founder of the porn site MyFreeCams and has other businesses. In 2018, he bought a controlling stake in OnlyFans, which has brought him about $1.8 billion in dividends since 2021.

In 2025, Radvinsky ranked 50th on Forbes’ list of the richest immigrants in the United States. His fortune was then estimated at $3.8 billion.
