The Wall Street Journal reports that OpenAI is partnering with Color Health to expand the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare by applying its AI models to cancer screening and treatment. Color Health, created for genetic research in cancer, has developed an AI assistant or “copilot” based on GPT-4o.
Color Health’s AI product helps doctors create cancer screening and preliminary treatment plans for cancer patients.
In this model, Color Health uses the OpenAI API to create personalized cancer screening plans based on patient data such as personal risk factors and family history.
