The Norwegian company Kongsberg Defence and Aerospace, which manufactures weapons, including NASAMS anti-aircraft missile systems, has opened an office in Ukraine. Defense Minister Rustem Umerov announced this.
According to him, NASAMS systems from the leading Norwegian weapons manufacturer are already protecting Ukrainian cities from Russian missiles and drones.
Umerov said that cooperation with Kongsberg will focus on developing joint projects in air defense. Ukraine is preparing new solutions based on NASAMS to strengthen the protection of the population and critical infrastructure.
