For the first time, seven Ukrainian tennis players have reached the main draw of the US Open 2026. Never before have there been so many Ukrainian women in the main draw at a Grand Slam tournament.
The following will play in the main draw of the US Open 2026:
- Elina Svitolina;
- Marta Kostyuk;
- Oleksandra Oliynikova;
- Daria Snigur;
- Yulia Starodubtseva;
- Angelina Kalinina;
- Dayana Yastremska.
In addition, even more Ukrainian women may play at the US Open-2026, as Veronika Podrez, Anastasia Soboleva and Katarina Zavatska are on the reserve list. In the men’s draw of the American major, Vitaliy Sachko was included in this list.
The current champion of the tournament is Belarusian tennis player Arina Sabalenka. The 2026 US Open will be held from August 30 to September 13. Qualification will last from August 24 to 27.
The 2026 US Open is the 146th edition of the prestigious Grand Slam tennis tournament, to be held in New York at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.
