Founder of IHaven and Elledgy Media Group, entrepreneur Elvira Paterson-Gavrilova proves once again that combining technology, safety, and nature is possible — and even necessary. On her social media accounts, she shared the news about new additions to the farm in the innovative underground village IHaven: new residents have arrived — horses, peacocks, ostriches, chickens, rabbits, pigs of various breeds, goats, and cows.
For now, the animals are in temporary enclosures, but they will soon move to specially equipped areas on the farm. Work is in full swing. These spaces are designed with all needs in mind — from microclimate to nutrition. According to Paterson-Gavrilova, even animals should live in comfort and sustainable conditions.
“Now I can confidently say that we at iHaven are the ark of a new era. After all, we offer not just underground housing, but a completely autonomous structure that includes animals, plant cultivation, and more. Meet our new pets,” Elvira said.
The residents of the bunker town will have fresh produce from the eco-farm on their table all year round — organic meat, fruits, vegetables, and greens. Interacting with animals is a real stress reliever and source of relaxation.

Elvira said that the idea of creating an eco-farm came from her desire to give her young child the best of everything, including healthy and clean food every day. Gradually, the family business evolved into a business, but its main goal remained unchanged. Now, residents of the IHaven suburban complex have the opportunity to eat delicious, nutritious, and organic food.
Life proves that having your own eco-farm within an underground complex of elite residences is not just a whim. It is part of a global vision of an autonomous lifestyle that can exist independently of the outside world, even in the event of a worldwide catastrophe. And while some are preparing for climate challenges in theory, IHaven is already implementing real solutions.
A place where nature and technology are not antagonists, but allies
The complex is located in southern Europe. The residential buildings have a high level of autonomy and security. Among the technologies that ensure this independence are:
- multi-level air and water filtration;
- backup power supply using geothermal sources and solar panels;
- satellite communications;
- a “smart home” system;
- private gyms, mini-cinemas, and technical rooms.
All this is combined with eco-friendly materials: clay, wood, and glass. One floor of the residence is above ground, and the rest is below ground, where it is quiet, stable, and safe. There is the possibility of holding joint events with like-minded people in specially designed rooms, which will also contribute to emotional comfort.
The decision to create a farm within the underground settlement was a symbolic step towards a new era — one in which nature is not displaced by technology, but integrated into it.
Elvira Patterson-Gavrilova is convinced that such complexes will eventually cease to be exclusively for the elite. Just as “smart homes” once seemed utopian and are now part of many cities, IHaven’s autonomous residences may become the new standard.
