According to Ukravtoprom, more than 3,000 hybrid passenger cars (HEV and PHEV) were added to Ukraine’s car fleet in May, 43% more than last year.
New cars accounted for 60% of this, compared to 55% last year.
The Toyota RAV-4 remains the market leader in hybrids (439 units) in the new passenger car segment. The Nissan Qashqai is in second place (91 units). The third most popular is the Audi Q8 (79 units).
The Toyota Prius (101 units) took the lead among imported used hybrids. Also in the top three were the KIA Niro (65 units) and Ford Fusion US (59 units).
