The premiere of the documentary film “Maidan Time Machine” will take place at the International Competition of the Sheffield DocFest festival. This was reported by the Ukrainian Film Academy.
Directors Volodymyr Tykhy and Roman Lyuby worked on the film. The film was created by Babylon’13 in co-production with Suspilne Movlennia and Trimafilm (Germany).
“The film builds a multilayered structure, where archival footage is intertwined with filming on locations, creating a dreamlike, almost surreal flow. In it, the Maidan and the shadow of the current war coexist in one emotional space, emphasizing the continuity of history and experience,” the film’s description states.
